Refund Policy

Digital Downloads (STL Files)

MythCaster sells custom 3D-printable character STL files as digital goods. Each purchase costs $8.00 USD and includes 5 downloads of your configured character model. Downloads are delivered immediately after purchase via the MythCaster platform.

Non-Refundable After Access

Once you have downloaded your STL file, the purchase is non-refundable. Digital goods cannot be “returned” as you retain the downloaded file. Unused downloads from a purchase do not expire.

Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund if:

• You have not yet downloaded the STL file
• The downloaded file is defective or corrupted
• The file does not match your configured character model
• You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)

How to Request a Refund

Email info@mythcaster.app with:

• Your account email address
• A description of the issue
• The approximate date of purchase

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
